- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 cup of plain oatmeal
- 1/2 cup of cornmeal
- 3 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1/3 cup of creamy peanut butter

- Dash of salt
